How to Get an Offer

To receive a quote for your equipment, please navigate to our Contact Page and provide the following details in the message block:

  1. Manufacturer Name (e.g., Arthrex, Stryker, ConMed)
  2. Model and/or Reference Number
  3. Condition of the Equipment (New, Used, or Non-Functional)
  4. Photos: Please note that we will require clear photos of the equipment and labels once we reply to your initial inquiry.

The Process

1. Assessment & Offer Once we receive your details, our purchasing department will review the inventory and reach out with a formal offer or request for more information.

2. Agreement & Payment If the offer is accepted, we will issue a Purchase Contract. We offer flexible payment options, including:

  • Company Check: Issued after equipment inspection (usually within a few business days).
  • Prepayment: Available via PayPal or Credit Card for established partners.

3. Inspection & Finalization Upon receiving the equipment, we perform a final condition assessment. If the equipment matches the initial description, payment is finalized immediately. If there are discrepancies in condition, we will contact you with an updated assessment before proceeding.
