Shipping Policy

Daily Dispatch We strive for efficiency. All orders are processed and shipped daily, Monday through Friday. To ensure same-day processing, orders must be finalized by 9:00 AM Central Time.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • Carrier Partners: We utilize UPS and USPS for all domestic shipments within the United States.
  • Standard Rates: Our basic shipping rates apply to Ground Shipping.
  • Expedited Options: Need it sooner? Overnight and 2nd-Day shipping are available upon request for an additional charge. Please contact us immediately after placing your order if you require expedited handling.

International Shipping

  • Carrier: For all international orders, we ship exclusively via USPS.
  • Customs & Duties: Please note that international buyers are responsible for all applicable customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by their respective countries.

Returns & Refunds

Return Window Your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns within 7 days from the confirmed date of delivery.

Condition Requirements To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in the exact condition they were received. This includes all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

  • Note: Used or altered items are not eligible for return.

Restocking Fees All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee covers the cost of inspection, testing, and re-listing of medical equipment to ensure it meets our quality standards for the next user.

Return Shipping

  • Buyer Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Tracking: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
